    Best for small private companies with no internal IT staff, Total Support is our most popular service level because it combines the four most important tiers of IT support (Help Desk, Field Support, Network Operations, and IT Strategy Consulting) into a simple, comprehensive, and cost-effective package.

    Flat Rate: $200/user + $1000 Infrastructure management fee
    Best for small to midsize public companies that are technology-intensive and/or have compliance requirement needs—e.g., SOX, SEC, FDA, HIPAA, NIST, ITAR—and no internal IT staff, Connetic's Express Support package will provide all of the IT support, engineering, and guidance that you need.
